Buck is a 3-5 year old White Swiss Shepherd Mix (We have his DNA test) who I just about ran over with my car one night a few months ago. He came home with me for a few days and quickly decided that he loved everything in the entire world, the pack, me, the sun, the sky, it was like he had woken up from a comma and realized the breeze still blew.
For the past few months I've been working on him, training him, teaching him how to help rehabilitate other dogs, we even started training him to be a service dog but because of his fear of loud noises he couldn't become one.
What he did become was much better, more powerful and more in tune with the world around him. He's traveled with me around the state, trained some really hard cases with me and is just an awesome dog to be with. Cesar Millan told me he has "Great Energy" which is basically the best compliment any dog could ever get. Buck is AWESOME.
I'm seriously debating even putting him up for adoption because he is such a wonderful friend. Deep down I know that keeping him for myself would be selfish and that somewhere in this world there is the perfect family for him.
Please know, I'm in no rush to place him in a home. I'm going to wait for the absolute perfect family for this dog. He is amazing and deserves the very best, adoption screening will be rigorous and I will be stalking you for the remainder of his life if you are approved.
