H.E.R.O. Dogs

The future of animal welfare rest in the heart and soul of every child. Our generation is laying the foundation that these children will stand upon to be the voice of the voiceless.

The Humane Education and Responsible Ownership program is an attempt to reach the youth in our community at a young age and encourage them to treat animals with love, kindness and respect. With the help of our working dogs we are able to demonstrate things like what to do if you encounter a stray dog, who to call if you find a hurt animal, and why sterilization is so important by discussing animal overpopulation.
